Even amongst my own family and friends, I cannot help but observe that a few simple lifestyle changes could possibly help prevent future health breakdowns, even chronic disease, and extend a person’s healthspan.


There is a ton of confusing and conflicting health advice out there, but Michael Pollan states it perfectly: Eat (real) Food. Not too much. Mostly Plants.

 

So many other elements factor in too: how much you move, how much alcohol you drink, how much stress you endure/allow on a daily basis, how much you love and laugh, and how you deal with life’s ups and downs. In other words, how you prioritise your own well-being. 


The bottom line is so simple, but too many people seem to forget this: your health is the most precious thing you have and the one thing money cannot buy. And for the most part, your health is in your hands. You choose health or harm, one meal at a time. 

 

As an accredited Health Transformation Coach, I work with men and women who are tired of being sick and tired, and looking to make lifestyle and dietary changes that will greatly enhance their long-term health and quality of life.
